Last Week Analysis - Short Covering Rally with EU Deal
As expected market was moving down in the beginning of the week. Unexpected positive news from EU trigger bears to cover thier short positions and hence contributed huge Friday Rally. United States Oil Fund LP (USO) gained close to 8% is an very unusal scenario. Oil futures have not gained this much huge rally in the last couple of years. When speculators started buying with positive news, no other way, bears are forced to cover their short positions. Since short positions are covered, there will not be any panic in buying equities so eventually market will go down in the next week.
Right now Nifty is critical point and it is time exit from the market and it is not safe to hold long positions on Nifty.
