Food Recipe For Adai

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Toor Dal
  • 1 Cup Chana Dal
  • 2 Cups Sona Masoori Rice
  • 1 Spoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Spoon Jeera
  • 1 Medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • ½ Cup Cilantro leaves(finely chopped)
  • 1 Spoon Salt

 

Preparation

  • First soak toor dal, chana dal and rice for 4 hours
  • Grind well for 15 minutes.
  • Add fennel seeds and jeera while grinding.
  • Let it grind for 5 minutes and take it out and put in a large container.
  • Add chopped onion,chopped cilantro and salt.
  • Leave it for an hour to mix well on its own.
  • Make like dosa in a non-stick or dosa pan.
